Authorize Banks

Deposit History

You can see the last deposit in your account with amounts and dates. By clicking on this option you will receive a more detailed account statement.

Balance

You can see the balance of inactive and active accounts that are in your name. To find information for each account, click on “See all your accounts” and then “View statement”;

Total balance

Once you select this option, a screen will open showing the entire amount in your account and when you can use it.

Birthday loot

This is an annual redemption of the finances from your accumulated FGTS account.

Emergency withdrawal

This option emerged in 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic. You can withdraw up to R$1,045.00 from registered accounts. In addition to these options, you can also access the help section. Through it, you can find frequently answered questions from users and a “More” option to consult your personal data and change them if you wish. For example, change the contact number, review the app's terms, allow sending SMS and check notifications regarding the FGTS.

You must have access to the FGTS application, as you will be aware of news regarding your benefit. So, if you don't have it, just:

  • Step 1. Access your app store (Android) on your cell phone and search for the “My FGTS” app, downloading it for free. Always look for the verified Caixa profile;
  • Step 2. After downloading, open the application and select the “Register” option;
  • Step 3. Fill in the fields corresponding to your full name, CPF, birthday and email, among others;
  • Step 4. Register a six-number password. If possible, do not choose obvious or sequenced combinations to prevent people close to you from discovering the password. Click on “I’m not a robot”;
  • Step 5. You will receive an email confirming your registration in the application. Once the email arrives, click on the link in the body of the message;
  • Step 6. Open the application again and enter your CPF and password in the access section. You must answer the questions on the screen to confirm your data. Accept the terms of use and feel free to browse.

My Withdrawals

In the FGTS app you have access to two withdrawal options: the anniversary withdrawal and the termination withdrawal. The anniversary withdrawal is for those who wish to make an annual withdrawal from their accounts. As a result, the person loses the right to FGTS if they are fired without just cause.

If unfair dismissal occurs, the person will only receive the 40% relating to a fine from the company. Termination withdrawal is the already known form of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw it unless you are fired without cause. In addition, the worker also receives 40% relating to the company's fine. If you wish, you can configure the birthday withdrawal as follows:

  • Step 1. After creating your account, select the “Sign in” button, enter your CPF and click “Next”;
  • Step 2. Enter your personal password and then click “Sign in”. Once this is done, choose the option “FGTS birthday withdrawal”;
  • Step 3. Read the information on the next page and the modality’s membership agreement. If you want to continue, simply select “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” and then click on “Join the birthday withdrawal”;
  • Step 4. You can add an account from a different bank to receive the withdrawal. If it is a Caixa account, click on “Credit to Caixa account” and choose the data on the next screen. If it is a different bank, simply select “Request sending of TED”;
  • Step 5. When choosing TED you must fill in the requested bank details and confirm the transaction. Choose the day of the month to receive your money and tap “Continue”. Check if the data is correct and confirm the operation. Once the request is complete, click “I understand” and you can now leave the page.

Retirement or Illness
